These are the terms for working with H-Town Systems ("we," "us"), operated by Zaid Martinez in New Caney, Texas. By booking a build or using htownsystems.com, you agree to them. They're written to be read.
What we do
We build websites, online booking systems, and business automations for local shops, on the plans and prices published on our plans page or quoted to you directly. Every build starts with a conversation and a written scope — you'll know exactly what you're getting before any money changes hands.
Payment & refunds
- Your demo is free. We build a working demo of your site and show it to you before you pay anything. That's the deal, in writing.
- If you approve the demo, half of your setup fee is due at demo approval; the remainder is due at launch.
- If you walk away at the demo stage, you owe nothing.
- Setup fees paid after demo approval are non-refundable once the site goes live.
Monthly plans
- Monthly fees cover hosting, uptime, security updates, edits, and support as described in your plan.
- Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Cancel any time with notice before your next billing date.
- If you cancel, we'll hand over your content (text, images, your domain) in usable form. Hosting and systems we operate are discontinued at the end of the paid period.
Who owns what
- Your content is yours — your business name, photos, text, customer data, and domain name.
- The site and systems we build are licensed to you for your business use while on a plan; on request at cancellation we'll provide a static export of your site.
- We may show completed work in our portfolio (like our proof section) unless you ask us not to.
Text messaging & automations
H-Town Systems messaging program. H-Town Systems sends SMS text messages about your inquiry or project — quotes, demos, scheduling, and project updates — only to people who opt in by checking the optional consent checkbox on our contact form or who text H-Town Systems first. Opting in is entirely optional: you can submit our forms, buy our services, and work with us without ever agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number; we do not sell or share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
If your build includes messaging automations (reminders, review requests, missed-call text-back), you are responsible for using them only with customers who have consented to be contacted. We build every automation with consent capture, STOP-to-opt-out handling, and legal send-time windows included — keep those switched on. Don't use our systems to send spam; we can suspend automations that are being misused.
Straight talk / disclaimers
- We build systems that help you capture and serve customers. We don't guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or lead counts — anyone who does is lying to you.
- Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent Texas law allows. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- We're not liable for outages caused by third parties (hosting providers, payment processors, carriers) beyond working to restore service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas — though if something's wrong, text us first and we'll almost certainly just fix it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
